Shipping Information
We will only deliver to addresses within New Zealand, we cannot do international deliveries.
Shipping is free on any order over $100. All shipping on purchases under the value of $100 will incur a $10 courier charge.
Orders are delivered by PBT Couriers - couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags so please ensure you supply a physical address to process your order. Please specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel on arrival.
All orders are expected to be shipped within 24 hours unless purchased on a weekend, in which case it will be collected on the Monday. Should your purchase be unavailable immediately, we will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.
Listed below are the usual delivery timeframes:
North Island > 1-3 working days.
South Island > 2-4 working days.
Rural > 2-5 working days.
Once your order has been processed you will be able to track its progress with www.pbt.co.nz by entering your unique tracking number on the home page. From there you will be informed of the status and location of your order. Please contact us if you have any issues.
Returns
The Mastersport webstore has a 30 days New Zealand-wide returns policy for all purchases, provided the product is unused, in original condition (as new), and in the original packaging. All related costs (including courier/postage fees) will be at the expense of the customer.
If you are returning a purchase or part-purchase, please provide any original documentation along with your contact details. We will happily exchange or refund. Please ensure that returns are made to this store only.
Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit/Debit Card or Online Banking) within 1-2 working days of receiving the goods at our premises.
If an item you have purchased is faulty, please return this to us immediately. As this will need to be assessed by the brand distributor, you may need to wait for a further 3-7 days before a fault can be confirmed or not. Where the fault is confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the product, or you can claim a refund. We will also refund the freight charge incurred by returning the product to us.

Placing an Order
When you place an order through this website, you are buying the goods from Sports Arena Masterton Ltd.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Payment for the goods must be made at the time that you place your order. In the event that the goods are no longer available, you will be advised and your payment will be refunded in full.
An order is made on our website by placing a product in your shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. Orders $100 and over are freight free. Orders under $100 incur a $10 freight charge.
The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a record of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently or where there has been an error in the listing, description or pricing of the goods.
Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST, but not any delivery charges. While we endeavour to ensure that all prices are correct when published, we reserve the right to amend the prices where an error has occurred.
Also note, these prices listed are available online only as pricing may vary in-store.
While we endeavour to ensure that a reasonable number of goods are available at the prices stated, we cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient stock to meet all orders.
In the unlikely event where a product that has been ordered is no longer available, our Sales Representative will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. This may result in the cancellation of your order or replacement with an alternative product.
If there is an error in pricing online, in a product description, name or product image, we reserve the right to contact the customer and make the appropriate changes to the order. If an alternative option is not agreed upon with the customer, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid will be fully refunded.

Prices and Promotions Advertised on this Website
Prices and promotions advertised on this “MasterSport” website are for online ordering on this website only. Purchases are not eligible for Shoe Clinic 'Advantage Club' points, nor are you able to redeem Shoe Clinic vouchers. Consequently, prices and savings may vary in-store. To check relative prices please feel free to call or email the store.
Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our site are processed via SSL Secure Shopping by Stripe Inc. which secures your credit card information.
Delivery
Free delivery on any order over $100. All deliveries under the value of $100 will incur a $10 freight charge.
Orders are delivered by PBT Couriers.
Your goods will be supplied by MasterSport in accordance with your instructions given when you placed your order. You can change your delivery instructions at any time by contacting MasterSport and quoting your order number.
At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses excluding P O Boxes and Private Bags. We do not deliver outside New Zealand or accept overseas credit cards. Note that we are unable to deliver items on weekends.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries in normal circumstances. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your goods. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. Delivery Period
MasterSport will endeavour to ensure that the majority of orders will be available for dispatch within 1 business day of the order being placed. Rural deliveries may take longer.
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms of sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause which was beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect any of your statutory rights.

Returns and Refunds
If you need help or have questions about any products please contact us first, before you purchase online.
If you do purchase online and want to return or exchange the product you purchased, please do so within 30 days provided the product is unused, in original condition (as new) and in the original packaging.
